i have refined my idea by trying 3D silhouettes and using different medians to add different effects to see if any look effective.i have refined my initial idea by trying different types of banksy style graffiti to improve my initial design as im looking at urban vs rural.
i have used my development work to make my initial design idea better, and also used the two artists i researched to make the mini projects i did better by using banksy style graffiti writing/quotes on my my picture of a wall. then i also used a quote from a different person and wrote the quote in the same style.
my initial idea has progressed by sampling different types of silhouettes, for example, 2D and 3D.
then sampling different types of urban graffiti, looking at the artist banksy and some of his art. my idea has developed from the hills being normal standard hills to hills painted with graffiti in the style of banksy.

My next project was to try to recreate another banksy style image, this one did not look as good as the previous project. And I've been trying to put both of the artist's style's together, using banksy's style of writing on a silhouette of a building.

in previous lessons, i have been doing a banksy style project, i did this by getting a picture of a wall and recreating one of banksy's famous creation's. on photoshop i used various, different effects to the design, the most effective effect was using overlay layers to add more of a graffiti effect. also, going slightly out of the lines on each side added an original effect to the design, making it look like other modern day graffiti. if i did this again i would try different fonts as the font i used did not look as effective as id of liked.

i have tryed using the 'subtract' blending effect to try and make the it look more like original, modern graffiti by making the colour on the inside abit more transparent.

I have been testing different filters in photoshop and I will be able to use the 'neon glow' effect on my final design as it adds an urban effect to the image, and the 'texturise' effect adds a more rural, hilly effect to the image. The effect used in the top, right corner didnt work as i blurred the image to much.
